Qué datos guardamosWhat we store

Ninguno en nuestros servidores por defecto. Orba guarda tus compuestos, historial, check-ins, analíticas y ajustes en el almacenamiento local de tu navegador o dispositivo. No hay cuenta ni inicio de sesión.Nothing on our servers by default. Orba keeps your compounds, history, check-ins, labs and settings in your browser's or device's local storage. There is no account and no login.

Sincronización cifrada (opcional)Encrypted sync (optional)

Si activas la sincronización entre dispositivos, tus datos se cifran en tu dispositivo (AES-256-GCM) con un código que solo tú tienes y se guardan como un paquete ilegible en nuestra infraestructura (Netlify). El servidor solo conoce un identificador derivado del código y los bytes cifrados: no puede leer tu información ni recuperar el código. Puedes borrar la copia del servidor desde Ajustes en cualquier momento.If you turn on sync between devices, your data is encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM) with a code only you hold and stored as an unreadable blob on our infrastructure (Netlify). The server only knows an identifier derived from the code and the encrypted bytes: it cannot read your information or recover the code. You can delete the server copy from Settings at any time.

En la app de iPhone/Android puedes importar tu peso, pasos, sueño y pulso en reposo. Es solo lectura y ocurre en el dispositivo; Orba nunca escribe en Salud. Los valores quedan en tu check-in diario y, como el resto del check-in, solo salen del teléfono si activas la sincronización cifrada. Puedes revocar el permiso desde la app de Salud o Health Connect.In the iPhone/Android app you can import your weight, steps, sleep and resting heart rate. It is read-only and happens on the device; Orba never writes to Health. The values land in your daily check-in and, like the rest of the check-in, only leave the phone if you turn on encrypted sync. You can revoke the permission from the Health or Health Connect app.

Las fotos se guardan solo en tu dispositivo. No entran en el respaldo JSON ni en la sincronización, y nunca se suben a ningún servidor.Photos are stored only on your device. They are not part of the JSON backup or of sync, and are never uploaded to any server.

Escáner de viales y de analíticasVial and lab report scanner

Si fotografías un vial o un informe de analíticas, la lectura ocurre en tu dispositivo: en iPhone con Vision de Apple y en Android con ML Kit de Google, ambos sin conexión. La foto no se guarda ni se envía a ningún servidor; solo se guardan los valores que tú confirmas. En la versión web el motor de lectura (Tesseract, código abierto) se descarga una vez desde un CDN público; la foto tampoco sale del navegador.If you photograph a vial or a lab report, the reading happens on your device: Apple Vision on iPhone and Google ML Kit on Android, both offline. The photo is neither stored nor sent to any server; only the values you confirm are saved. In the web version the reading engine (Tesseract, open source) is downloaded once from a public CDN; the photo still never leaves the browser.

Fotos de recetas, envases y pastillasPhotos of pharmacy labels, packages and pills

Si añades un medicamento con una foto de la etiqueta de la farmacia o de su pote o caja, la lectura ocurre en tu dispositivo, igual que con el escáner de viales, y la foto no se guarda ni se envía a ningún servidor. De una receta solo se usan el medicamento, su concentración y las indicaciones: el nombre del paciente, la dirección, el número de receta, el médico, los teléfonos y las fechas se descartan al leerla y nunca se guardan. Nada se añade a tu protocolo hasta que revisas y confirmas los datos. Si guardas la foto de una pastilla como referencia, se queda solo en este dispositivo, como las fotos de progreso: no entra en el respaldo JSON ni en la sincronización, y se borra al eliminar el medicamento o borrar todos los datos. La app no identifica pastillas a partir de fotos.If you add a medicine with a photo of its pharmacy label or of its bottle or box, the reading happens on your device, as with the vial scanner, and the photo is neither stored nor sent to any server. From a pharmacy label only the medicine, its strength and the directions are used: the patient's name, address, Rx number, prescriber, phone numbers and dates are discarded as it is read and never stored. Nothing is added to your protocol until you review and confirm the details. If you keep a photo of a pill as a reference, it stays on this device only, like progress photos: it is not part of the JSON backup or of sync, and it is erased when you delete the medicine or erase all data. The app does not identify pills from photos.

Widgets, pantalla de bloqueo, Siri y Apple WatchWidgets, lock screen, Siri and Apple Watch

Para que los widgets, la cuenta atrás de la pantalla de bloqueo y Siri muestren tus dosis, la app guarda un resumen de hoy y mañana (nombres, dosis y momento del día) en un espacio del propio teléfono que solo Orba y sus widgets pueden leer. Las dosis que marcas desde un widget o con Siri se quedan en ese mismo espacio hasta que abres la app. Si tienes un Apple Watch emparejado, el iPhone le pasa ese mismo resumen directamente, y las dosis que marcas en el reloj vuelven al iPhone por el mismo camino. Nada de esto se envía a ningún servidor. Ten en cuenta que un widget o la pantalla de bloqueo se ven sin desbloquear el teléfono: si no quieres que se vean tus dosis, no los añadas.So the widgets, the lock-screen countdown and Siri can show your doses, the app keeps a summary of today and tomorrow (names, doses and time of day) in a space on the phone that only Orba and its widgets can read. Doses you tick from a widget or with Siri stay in that same space until you open the app. If you have a paired Apple Watch, the iPhone hands it that same summary directly, and doses you tick on the watch come back to the iPhone the same way. None of it is sent to any server. Bear in mind that widgets and the lock screen can be seen without unlocking the phone: if you don't want your doses on show, don't add them.

Verificación regulatoria en vivoLive regulatory check

La app descarga, como mucho cada 6 horas, un archivo público con los cambios detectados en fuentes oficiales (FDA, NIH, MHRA, EMA, Registro Federal y ClinicalTrials.gov): retiros, etiquetas, aprobaciones. El archivo se sirve desde Cloudflare y, como en cualquier descarga web, Cloudflare ve la dirección IP del dispositivo y la versión de la app; no recibe ningún dato tuyo, ni de salud ni de identidad, y nosotros no vemos nada. Puedes desactivar la verificación en Ajustes; la app sigue funcionando con la copia que trae incorporada, indicando su fecha.At most every 6 hours the app downloads a public file with changes detected at official sources (FDA, NIH, MHRA, EMA, the Federal Register and ClinicalTrials.gov): recalls, labelling, approvals. The file is served from Cloudflare and, as with any web download, Cloudflare sees the device's IP address and the app version; it receives none of your data, health or identity, and we see nothing. You can turn the check off in Settings; the app keeps working with the copy it ships with, showing its date.

Contraindicaciones en vivoLive contraindications

Si en la ficha de un medicamento tocas «Ver contraindicaciones actuales», o en la calculadora tocas «Ver cómo se reconstituye… según la FDA», la app pide a la FDA de EE. UU. (api.fda.gov) la etiqueta más reciente de ese medicamento. La petición lleva solo su nombre genérico: nunca tu protocolo, tus dosis ni ningún dato que te identifique, y va directa a la FDA, no a nosotros. Si no lo tocas, no se envía nada.If you tap «See current contraindications» on a medicine's page, or «See how the FDA label says to reconstitute…» in the calculator, the app asks the US FDA (api.fda.gov) for that medicine's latest label. The request carries only its generic name: never your protocol, your doses or anything that identifies you, and it goes straight to the FDA, not to us. If you don't tap, nothing is sent.

En iPhone/Android las compras las gestiona Apple o Google; usamos RevenueCat para validar el recibo, que recibe un identificador anónimo de la app y los datos de la transacción, no tu nombre ni tu protocolo. En la web, la clave de licencia que escribes se comprueba en nuestra función de servidor (y, si la compraste allí, con LemonSqueezy). No guardamos datos de pago.On iPhone/Android purchases are handled by Apple or Google; we use RevenueCat to validate the receipt, which receives an anonymous app identifier and the transaction data, not your name or your protocol. On the web, the licence key you type is checked by our server function (and, if you bought it there, with LemonSqueezy). We do not store payment details.

Qué compartimosWhat we share

Nada más que lo anterior. No vendemos, alquilamos ni transmitimos tu información a terceros. No usamos analítica de terceros ni publicidad dentro de la app. Los proveedores que nombra esta política (RevenueCat para las compras, Netlify para la sincronización cifrada y las licencias, Cloudflare para el archivo de cambios regulatorios) reciben solo lo que se describe arriba, lo tratan por cuenta nuestra y no pueden usarlo para otros fines; solo trabajamos con proveedores que protegen esos datos al menos como lo hace esta política.Nothing beyond the above. We don't sell, rent or transmit your information to third parties. There is no third-party analytics and no advertising inside the app. The providers this policy names (RevenueCat for purchases, Netlify for encrypted sync and licences, Cloudflare for the regulatory-changes file) receive only what is described above, process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else; we only work with providers that protect that data at least as well as this policy does.

ExportacionesExports

Los archivos que exportas (.ics, texto, JSON, CSV, fotos) se generan en tu dispositivo. Lo que hagas con ellos después — enviarlos a tu médico, guardarlos en la nube — queda fuera de nuestro control.Files you export (.ics, text, JSON, CSV, photos) are generated on your device. What happens to them afterwards — emailing them to your doctor, saving them to the cloud — is outside our control.

Borrar tus datosDeleting your data

Ajustes → Borrar todos los datos elimina todo de forma inmediata e irreversible en este dispositivo; Ajustes → Sincronización → Borrar la copia del servidor elimina el paquete cifrado. Desinstalar la app o limpiar los datos del navegador tiene el mismo efecto local.Settings → Erase all data removes everything immediately and irreversibly on this device; Settings → Sync → Delete the server copy removes the encrypted blob. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data has the same local effect.
